Shape.analytical_normals

Shape.analytical_normals(assume_shape=None, mark_fixed_LB=True)[source]

Compute normals analytically for some shapes

Parameters

  • assume_shape (dict, optional) – A dictionary with data of the shape to assume, by default None

  • mark_fixed_LB (bool, optional) – If vertices in the boundary should be considered specially, by default True

Returns

None – Normals added as attribute.
