Refine strips in n strips each.

Parameters

• mesh (QuadMesh) – A quad mesh.

• skey_to_n (dict) – Dictionary of strip keys to refine pointing to refinement value.

Returns

dict – A dictionary of keys of strips to split pointing to the refining strip keys.
