compas_singular.datastructures.split_strip(mesh, skey, n=2)[source]

Refine a strip in n strips.

Parameters

  • mesh (QuadMesh) – A quad mesh.

  • skey (hashable) – A strip key.

  • n (int) – The refinement value. Default value is two

Returns

list – The index of the existing strip and the n - 1 new strips.
